A series of several photos stitched together on Grandview Drive in Peoria, IL. It is a terrible example, but I like it, nonetheless. The native resolution could literally wallpaper a room with 12′ high ceilings if the appropriate printer were handy. I figure I would just put the obvious seams in the corners.

I have to say that my favorite pastime is corralling Mom in the car on a Sunday (good weather, preferably) and taking her on a random adventure to nowhere; much to her dismay, I’m sure. She pretends to enjoy herself, but that’s what Mom’s do! I don’t ask, you see, I just say, or even sometimes just point with a neanderthal-like grunt in the direction I would like to go. And that’s where we go.
This weekend was unexpected. We made a random trip to my grandparents house, then snapped a few pics on the way back. Sorry, no pics of the family homestead here. Maybe some other time. That said, some of the greatest photos to ever meet a lens no doubt exist there.
